Examples of the Principles We Preach

FREE Ebook!

There are, of course, many examples of both well-designed and poorly-designed websites.  We see no point in showing examples of the latter. Much more can be learned by studying sites like those listed on the right.

This is the minimum of what you should look for in a website which will be successful:

  • Useful, current content

  • Modest, well-designed graphics

  • Good use of meta tags and keywords

  • Interactive content

  • Easily understood navigation

  • Clear message, without over-selling

  • No broken links

  • Consistent style throughout the site

  • Auto-responders or rapid email responses

  • No credit card information taken on non-secure pages *

  • A privacy policy statement

  • Multiple ways to contact the company

  • Considerably more than you would expect to see in the company brochure!
